Promoting Positive Behaviour

With Dr Margiad Williams, Lecturer in Education: Childhood and Youth Studies, Bangor University.

Margiad Williams is Co-Director for the Centre for Evidence Based Early Intervention at Bangor University. Her main research interests and expertise are in implementation and evaluation, particularly parenting and school-based interventions.

This course will look at effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour among young children.

The course will describe what positive behaviour is and will use examples from early years settings to demonstrate the different techniques that can be used to encourage positive behaviour.
