The Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management of Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development is suitable for experienced staff, over the age of 18, who want to develop their potential as leaders and those with experience in a leadership or management role in the Childcare sector.
This qualification is made up of two qualifications:
- Level 4 Preparation for leadership and management in Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development
- Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development: Practice
