The Level 5 qualification in Leading and Managing Child Care, Play, Learning and Development is suitable for experienced staff, over 18 years of age, who want to develop their potential as leaders and those who have experience in a leadership or management role in the Child Care sector. There are two qualifications that form part of this qualification:

  • Level 4 Preparation for leadership and management in the field of Child Care, Play, Learning and Development
  • Level 5 Leading and Managing Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development: Practice
