Mudiad Meithrin Support

  • Our members will have the opportunity to apply for a Mudiad Meithrin grant each year.
  • Up to date information about sponsorship and new grant schemes is available on our social media accounts. There will be information about specific funds, what applications should be aimed at, how to apply, and deadlines.

Other grants

In addition to the education and Flying Start funding it is possible to make applications for other grants. Your Support Coordinator will be able support the application process.

  • It must be remembered that the majority of grants are available for resources, equipment or specific projects and not for the payment of salaries and rent.
  • Every county has a Voluntary Organisation Council which is able to give information about local funding schemes, and advise about how to prepare applications. For more information and contact details, please click here
  • Also town and community councils, and local businesses can award grants to local charities.
  • Committees can also view a guide and receive assistance to find grants and make applications through Wales Council for Voluntary Action

Here’s E’zzati Ariffin, our Grants Officer with 5 top tips for applying for a grant.
