We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated leader to manage our Welsh-medium childcare setting and ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and play for young children.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about giving children the best possible start in life through the medium of Welsh.
- Has the ability to lead, inspire, and support a team of staff.
- Can ensure a high-quality service that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming.
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills and can build positive relationships with children, families, and partners.
- Is committed to developing the Welsh language, promoting learning through play, and creating enriching experiences for every child.
- Can ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements, leading by example.
