Learn how to be a listening ear and support colleagues when dealing with health and wellbeing issues, including mental health at work.

This session will look at how our mental health affects us in the workplace, and how to recognise changing signs and symptoms.

During the session, you will learn:
• How to listen with empathy
• What body language says
• How to listen to and use tone of voice
• Simple coaching techniques

By the end of the session, you will have learned:
• Which resources are available to support you and your colleagues
• What practical advice can be offered
• How to keep ourselves and colleagues healthy

This session will be through the medium of English.
