Writing Grant Applications

Suitable for: Cylch Meithrin and Day Nursery staff and voluntary committee members.

This session, led by Caryl Lewis from Celyn will guide you through the process of writing a grant application and raising money for your setting. Resources and guidance materials will also be provided to those attending the session.

During the session you will:

• Gain an overview of grant awarding processes
• Have information on how to prepare your application
• Have guidance on where to look for various funds
• Have fundraising ideas

By the end of the session you will:

• Understand the processes and requirements of submitting grant applications
• Be confident in submitting grant applications on behalf of your setting
• Identify new opportunities to fund schemes

This session will be delivered through the medium of Welsh with simultaneous translation available.
