More Than Flags and Rainbows is a not‑for‑profit organisation which aims to make all schools, colleges and communities more inclusive spaces. Founded by Ian Timbrell, the organisation has worked with settings across the UK, delivering in‑person and online training to thousands of educators. They also run a growing adoption and LGBTQ+ family network in South Wales, supporting families and strengthening community connections. Ian is very excited to work with practitioners in our sector.
